    LIN Yen-chao's abstract visual poem invites audiences to experience the passage of time and the melancholic nostalgia of aging. The strangely romantic piece captures a natural stage of being in which the fading of life becomes something conscious and every lived moment brings one ever close to closure.

    LIN Yen-chao is an emerging interdisciplinary artist specializing in film and installation practice that explore gender and race issues. She lives and works in Montreal, Canada, and has majored in film production at Concordia University. Her shorts include Novice(2005), Chimera(2006) and Flying Flies Fly(2007).
