    ※【Ticket Packages】NTD 1,080, redeemable for 6 movie tickets.

    Redemption: Only available on opentix, not available at physical ticketing outlets or at the festival.

    ※【VVIP Pass】NTD 1,800 per pass
    VVIP Pass sales run from Sep. 22 (Tue.) 20:00 to Oct. 08 (Thu.) 23:59. Please scan the QR code to purchase.

    ★ The VVIP Pass is non-transferable.

    ★ Valid for all screenings on weekdays (excluding the Opening Film screening on Oct. 16). Redeemable for up to 25 tickets in total, with a limit of 1 ticket per screening. Seating is limited and subject to availability.

    Individual Ticket sales begin on Oct. 16 (Fri.) 00:00 via opentix and at the WMWIFF Ticket Counter at SPOT-Huashan Cinema.

     

    ※【Group Tickets】

    • NTD 150 per ticket for purchases of 30-49 tickets
    • NTD 140 per ticket for purchases of 50 tickets or more

    Group Ticket sales run from Sep. 22 (Tue.) to Oct. 08 (Fri.).

    ※Refund Policy

    • Tickets must be refunded at least 3 days prior to the screening date and will be non-refundable after that. A 10% handling fee will be charged per ticket. Example: For the Oct. 16 session, the refund process must be completed by  Oct. 13 at the latest.
    • Ticket Packages can ONLY be refunded if the entire package is returned. Partial refunds are not accepted. The deadline for package refunds is Oct. 15 (Thu.) 23:59. Ticket Packages cannot be refunded once redeemed for coupons. 
    • Refunds for tickets paid by credit card will be credited to the original account. If the tickets are not purchased through opentix, please request refunds from the original purchaser.
    • For electronic tickets and tickets not yet printed, please request refunds via the website or visit opentix service center at least 3 days prior to the screening date, with a valid ID and order number. Refunds can also be submitted by email or fax.    
    • For physical ticket refund requests before the festival begins, please visit a opentix service center or the WMWIFF office (No. 2, Sec. 3, Chongqing S. Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei, Taiwan).
    • For individual physical ticket refund requests after Oct. 16 (Fri.), please visit the WMWIFF Ticket Counter at SPOT-Huashan Cinema. Group tickets cannot be refunded.
    • Ticket changes will be processed as refunds. Please refer to the above for refund procedures.

     

    ※ Please Note

    • The WMWIFF Ticket Counter at SPOT-Huashan Cinema opens 30 minutes before the first screening of the day and closes 20 minutes after the last screening of the day.
    • Weekday Matinee: Applicable only for festival screenings starting before 17:59, Monday through Friday. Not applicable on national holidays.
    • Disabled or Senior Citizen Ticket: For seniors aged 65 and above, or persons with disabilities, valid ID must be presented upon entry; otherwise, a makeup payment for the price difference is required.
    • Please keep your tickets for entry. Tickets will not be reissued if lost or damaged.
    • Please obey outside food regulations at the cinema. Cinema will be cleared after each screening. Please attend to your personal belongings.
    • To maintain clear evacuation routes for safety reasons, occupying the aisles or any other non-seating areas is strictly prohibited.
    • All film rights belong to the copyright holders. Photography or video/audio recording during the screenings is strictly prohibited. The festival reserves the right to request the deletion of illegal files and ask violators to leave.
    • The Festival reserves all rights to change the program schedule, any updates will be announced on our official website: www.wmw.org.tw.
