    Maquette 1:1000 investigates a Taiwanese young architect's selfawareness through the observation in two cities. Impacted by the cultural shock in US, Lan Lin makes her decision as she is again facing the same experience—unexpected pregnancy. Having the space-sensitive mind as an architect, she also reconstructs her artistic faith in her career within this extraordinary journey.

    Doris LIN Chia-Ching

    She is a filmmaker, multimedia artist, and set designer from Taiwan. She received her M.F.A in Film from Temple University. Her first short Missing Peaces was selected into several film festivals, and her stage design won the first award in Prague Quadrennial Taiwan Exhibition Competition. Her adaptation film, Drop Dead Gorgeous, was selected in festivals around the states. Her collaborative video installation Troupe de Fetishe was shown in The Crane Art Building, Philadelphia.
