Three women at the age of thirty in Berlin with decent jobs: magazine editor, actress and translator, coming from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, are all encountering the same problem in 30s:
to stand on their own will or to compromise to the social reality? The mothers from these three heroines also speak up their own opinions in this film to present the diversity of values among generations.
