Paula PALACIOS 2010 France Documentary color 54min Spanish, French Digi Beta
In our western societies, life expectancy has increased by 25 years on average. Thus, menopause is becoming a reality for a larger number of women and is revealing a major transformation in our society.

Women without A Pause is a documentary which shows women above the age of 45 from all over the world. In Japan, the country with the longest life-expectancy, through to France, Spain, Ecuador and all the way to Tanzania, we will meet mothers, wives, working women, housewives, professionals, grandmothers and
gynaecologists. For the first time, here is a film showing the different ways a woman feels in this moment of her life.
