At seventeen, Seyna, a teenager from Cameroon is passionate about France history, the country where she was born and she is deeply in love. Her diploma in hand, and approaching his majority, Seyna aspires only one thing: to acquire French nationality. But his father Amidou is fiercely opposed to it.

Josza is a journalist for various magazines. In 2008 she directs her first documentary Cameroon massage broadcasted on TV and different festivals, followed by two others. French is her first short film.
