    Set in Berlin, Action Item explores how burnout is not only experienced but constructed by the pressures of constant performance and efficient control in the society. The film offers a vision of transforming personal anxiety into communal resistance, reframing burnout through shared memory, found footage, and the politics of mental health. It attempts to create a space where individual struggles are recognized more as systematic conditions and reimagined through collective reflection.

    A Slovak film director and visual artist based in Berlin. ĎURINOVÁ’s short films were screened at multiple international film festivals, and her first feature-length, Lapilli, premiered at Karlovy Vary IFF Proxima Competition in 2024.
