    Based on NGUYEN's personal experiences, Out/Marriage captures the failed transnational marriages of four new immigrant women in Taiwan. In pursuit of happiness, they have come to Taiwan with distinct expectations at the beginning. Yet, they only find themselves disappointed by the marriages in despair. After the divorce, how do they keep going with their lives?     NGUYEN Kim Hong

    A Vietnamese immigrant in Taiwan. After getting a divorce, NGUYEN actively took part in volunteering services for immigrants. In 2011, she started shooting stories of her family and other Vietnamese divorcees. Out/Marriage is her first documentary.
