The film is both surrealist and experimental, describing Yen, who is at the end of his life and wants to fulfill his dream of wandering away from home before he dies. Despite the love for his family, Yen feels a part missing in his heart. He longs for freedom and believes it is the only way to redeem himself. When he finally gets what he wants, however, he begins to question the true meaning of "freedom."
