A graduate of the University of the Arts London, Wen’s work has been shortlisted for the 2020 Taipei Art Awards, 2021 Kaohsiung Art Awards, and the 2023 Aesthetica Art Prize.
An NTUA and Beijing Film Academy graduate, Shih’s 2022 short film The Dress was screened at the Seoul International Women's Film Festival and Taipei Film Festival.
