    Filmed over six years, the film follows Birdy, a young transgender man, as he embarks on a journey toward self-determination. As he navigates fear, anxiety, and defiance to become himself, his mother learns to let go of the past she thought she knew.

    A documentary editor-turned-filmmaker who sees documentary as a vessel of time. Her first feature, Second Round, follows her long-term accompaniment of a transgender youth growing into manhood.
