    HU Chin-Ya SONG Cheng-Ying 2023 Taiwan color 24min DCP
    Bird-window collisions occur when birds fly into buildings or glass windows at high speeds. Such collisions lead to injuries or fatalities. The documentary follows two graduate students, HSIEH Chi-Heng and KAN Chia-Yun, archiving cases of bird-window collisions and collecting the remains of birds. Their humble actions demonstrate respect for life.

    Director

    HU Chin-Ya

    A freelance media writer in Taiwan. She produces documentaries concerning human conditions in social change.

    SONG Cheng-Ying

    SONG Cheng-Ying graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts. He worked as a director, screenwriter and editor for several films and currently serves as a photographer at Mirror TV.
