Jeanne MOREAU 1976 France Fiction color 103min French DCP
In her debut feature, Jeanne MOREAU evokes the world of cinema, as if seen from the inside, by revealing the story of a celebrated actress in mid-career, Sarah DEDIEU (played by herself) who gets together with her three actress friends to talk about their emotional and professional paths. They all live intensely and deal with different concerns, both as women and as actresses. And the story flashes back to events in Paris a year earlier, when “everything changed in less than a week.”
