The faster the modern generation goes, the weaker the sincerity of old ages stays. How many modern young people are there who can still tell their old family origins' names ? How many seniors are there who would insist their traditional culture? Our Home, Our Old House talks about an old house, a marvelous family, and two wonderful men. Members of this family have different attitudes toward the broken old house. The film reveals what they wish to do with their old house respectively.

Winnie HO

Winnie Ho graduated from the Department of Speech Communication of Hsih-Hsin University, Taiwan. In 2003, she found the very beginning story of Nei-Wan rail line through her debut 11KM. During 2004 to 2005, she learned a truest affection from her second film Our Home, Our Old House. After an important 92-day trip in 2005 she had an ambition to find new visions.

Hsiao-Hsuan LIN

Hsiao-Hsuan LIN was born in 1976. She began making documentaries after participating in the training courses held by Council for Hakka Affairs in 2003. Her films mainly deal with issues concerning new residents, homeless people, the third gender, theology, and rare diseases. She also produces TV programs and paintings.
