    Too many media reports and researches in Taiwan presented negative judgment about children whose mothers are from foreign countries. The filmmakers decided to find the truth. The girl is ten. Classmates always laugh at her for her look. "If my father were still alive, my mother should have been in Taiwan, not in Taipei..." said the girl. (She thinks that Taipei is another country. As a matter of fact, Taipei is a city in Taiwan.) Her great-grandfather does not allow her to miss her Indonesian mother.
