Leaving her home in Tehran to go to Munich, Narges Kalhor is like all the others, who
would spend time on video chatting with her families and friends back home. Through the small screen, It seems like Narges hasn’t missed much of her old life. But with the on-and-off network signal, frozen pictures, and constantly noise, Narges’s anxiety rises up as time goes by…….

Narges Shaid KALHOR

Narges Kalhor is an Iranian film director, the daughter of Mehdi Kalhor, former media and cultural advisor to former President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. She studied Film at the Beh-andish College in Teheran and has produced films critical of the Iranian government. She co-directed the short documentary SHOOT ME , which is nominated for the German Short Film Award 2014.
