    "A portrait of the elderly Maria di CAPRIATI, the woman who christened MANGINI as a baby, and whom MANGINI considered a godmother figure. It takes an ethnographic approach to show the memories, mysteries, and ancient rituals which give animation to the life of a woman who struggles to let them go with the past."

    To Arms, We’re Fascists! was marked by the collaboration with Cecilia MANGINI, her husband Lino Del FRA, and a filmmaker, historian, Lino MICCICHE. Lino Del FRA is an Italian filmmaker and scriptwriter. He worked as a film critic, then as a documentarian. Lino MICCICHE was in charge of the film column for 30 years.
