Anna Faroqhi 2003 Germany Experimental color 7min 16mm
Based on three songs by Robert Schumann and poems by Heinrich Heine, three miniature silent films depict 3 different forms of love. The narration tells of death, life and birth. This film dedicated to the eternal life as well as to the most sensible you. The romantic music expresses the homage to the smallest form as well as some irony.

Anna Faroqhi

Anna Faroqhi was a classical trained singer at the Hochschule der Kunste, Berlin and also studied Mathematics in Frankfurt in 1992. She then studied film at the Hochschule fur Film und Fernsehen in Munich in late 90s. From then on, she not only works as a singer, an actress, but also has done many research works and assistant jobs film with other directors and as a script analyst. She now teaches at Hanns Eisler Music University, Berlin.
