Chang Hye-won was born in 1981, and graduated from Hongik University with a degree in Animation in 2004. She has directed several stop-motion animations such as Bon soir, Allexander! (2002), Jintaehuga (2002), Citizen Rang (2003) and also produced Mambo No.5 (2002) and the stop-motion animation commercial The Thirsty Hippo-Noah’s Ark (2002).
