Nu-Shu, feminine writing, a language that developed over time in a particular area in China is about to disappear. 86-year-old Yang Huan-Yi is the only surviving woman who can read and write in this language. The women were victims of foot-binding feudalism and slavery. Nu-Shu expresses their rage, and the songs and languages are surprisingly lyrical and free.
