    Papa's Youthful Dream

    The film studies about the father's dream towards painting while he was young. He hopes to become an artist, but he transfers his dream to his own daughter while he fails to make his dream come true at his young age. Therefore, the father gives his endless support and forgiveness at his daughter's spirit and material to educate her the personality of persuing for dream and the life for steping out her dream. And also it connects the deep devotions between the father and daughter because of the dream.

    Lin graduated from CTI College in Photography in France in 1993, and also the National Taiwan University of Arts Graduate School of Applied Media Arts in 2002. In 1999 she began documenting the life and work of Tibetan Buddhist Monks in India. She was awarded Taiwan's Golden Tripod Award and the Johnny Walker’s Keep Walking Prize.
