    Vanilla Whip - animated documentary film which breaks social taboo about Polish BDSM with documentary-recorded sound. The story of four people with absolutely different approach to BDSM and vision of themselves. In this world anonymity meets self-awareness and safety confronts with riding on the edge. The director enters the hermetic world of BDSM people to get to know their everyday life in the difficult reality of contemporary Poland.

    KOWALCZYK studies Animation and Special Effect at the National Film School, Lodz. She doesn’t shy away from difficult and controversial issues. Her film After All has won the first prize for the best animation at the Uranium Film Festival in Rio de Janeiro.
