    Fanta Régina Nacro, cineaste of African New Wave, her films "PUK NINI" and "UN CERTAIN MATIN" win prizes in the films festivals in San Francisco, Montreal and Tunis. She specializes in using parodies to present the conventional ideas of sex and gender in African tradition and the inter-relationship between the traditional and the contemporary.
