After four years of living together, a man and a a woman are on the crossroads of splitting. The man returns to his hometown Pointe Courte, a fishing village near Sete. With the woman coming, they walk and recollect their past, rediscovering their selves and reality. At the same time, people in the village lead their ordinary lives. Their worry of work, their love stories and disputations are crossed with the couple's destiny......

Agnès Varda

French filmmaker born in 1928. Greek father. French mother. Short studies in Paris. Photographer in the fifties. In 1954, she creates a film company CINE-TAMARIS for debut feature La Pointe Courte, which gave her the title of "Grand Mother of the French New Wave". Among 33 short and long, the best known films of Agnès are Cléo from 5 to 7(1961), Vagabond(1985), Jacquot de Nantes (1990), The Gleaners and I (2000), The Beaches Of Agnes (2008) and Visages Villages (2017).
